In a dynamic career, the grandson of founder LJ Hooker, Janusz has led investment firms W.P.Carey & Co (New York based) and TiNSHED (Asia-Pacific). In 2009 he took control of LJ Hooker consolidating its position as Australasia’s number 1 real estate network. He supports youth education and has won an Olympic bronze medal.

Bryan Weir joined the Board of LJ Hooker in May 2014 after 35 years of corporate and business experience. With degrees in law and commerce, Bryan has had a formable career having been a partner at Freehill Hollingdale & Page (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and a Divisional Director at Macquarie Bank. Following this, Bryan co-founded the Walker Douglas group of companies, and was Chairman from 2008 to 2011 of Wridgways Australia Limited.

John is a master in transforming businesses and pinpointing high-growth revenue streams. His focus on consumer insights, market structures and landscapes informs his incisive strategies. With leadership, new media and change-management skills he has succeeded in competitive markets ad created exceptional growth in shareholder value.
Former Houzz (International), eHarmony (Australasia), Google (UK & Hong Kong)
Jason is a builder of successful tech-empowered businesses and products. From leadership roles with Google, YouTube and Android to founding eHarmony and leading Etsy (Australia & NZ). Jason most recently founded Houzz ANZ (home design and renovation app) and helped multiply its value fifteen times to US$5 billion. LJX is his next high growth organization.

Esther is responsible for the finance and compliance function of the corporate, residential and commercial real estate lines of the group. A member of the institute of Chartered Accountants and a previous financial leader at two global media and communication companies, she is an expert in all facets of financial management.

An awarded sales person, auctioneer, business owner and franchise developer, Ben has conducted over 6,500 auctions and continues with 800 a year. He held the master franchise for Ray White in the Illawarra with 18 offices turning $1billion+ and was later State Manager for LJ Hooker NSW & ACT, responsible for growth and development.
Ryan Campbell – Chief Information Officer
Ryan is responsible for LJ Hooker’s effort to be the leader in real estate technology. This includes the development of technology products that are offered to our network, development of software that assists in managing the franchise offer and providing the infrastructure that underpins our technology offerings. Ryan possesses over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry, online marketing skills from other verticals, and a degree in Technology – Ryan’s focus is on providing great digital products that provide real tangible benefits to our Franchisees, their agents and staff.

Sarah is our Head of Communications & PR, driving internal and external engagement for our iconic LJ Hooker brand.
Sarah holds more than 15 years of professional media and communications experience and fosters strong, trusted relationships with property and business editors and journalists. These relationships, combined with her understanding of market dynamics, position LJ Hooker as the media’s preferred go-to for industry thought leadership and property profiling.

Heather has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in marketing and advertising and has worked as a marketing specialist for over twenty years; her experience ranges from retail to corporate and now franchising. At LJ Hooker she has held a number of positions in the areas of digital marketing, local area / office marketing, events management and has been the Head of Marketing since 2014. With a passion to increase consideration of the LJ Hooker brand and make our franchisees more money �’ Heather and her team focus on creating programmes and strategies that generate opportunities for the network to meet more people and ask for their business.
