Experienced Property Manager

LJ Hooker Hobart, are seeking an experienced Property Manager.

If you are passionate about real estate and can demonstrate consistently good service delivery to all stakeholders we welcome your application.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following:

– Completion of the Property Representative qualification and are able to practice as an agent in Tasmania
– Experience as a Residential Property Manager
– Excellent time management
– Good attention to detail
– Sound portfolio management skills (real estate) including debt management
– Good computer skills
– Problem solving ability and able to establish rapport with a broad range of people
– An interest in property investment

Only applicants who hold the relevant qualification and have prior experience as a Residential Property Manager will be considered. A drivers license is also essential to the role.
